Description:

Framework’s London Road facility provides quick access accommodation for single homeless people. It accommodates rough sleepers and other single homeless people at immediate risk of rough sleeping, including those with alcohol, drug and mental health difficulties. 
  
Description of service and support

Quick access accommodation, across three sites, for 70 single homeless people at any one time.  Each service user agrees to an individual support plan with their support planner. Users meet with their named worker once a week to review progress. Support can be offered in relation to benefits advice, budgeting, general life skills and resettlement. Service users can be referred to specialist agencies should they require support with drug or alcohol use, mental health or training and education. Local GPs, nursing team and health advisors all conduct weekly drop in’s at the service. Dogs are allowed but there is a limit of 5 dogs in the building at any one time and referrals of people with dogs will be viewed on a case by case basis.
