Lifeline Journey works with young people under the age of 18 to prevent and reduce the risk from drug and alcohol use. We work with a wide range of young people, from brief advice to longer term needs.

Description of service and support

We conduct comprehensive assessments and provide a tailored package of ongoing care for those needing short or long term treatment, consisting of the following options: brief advice and support, 1-2-1 work, group work, family support, peer support, health and well being activities and harm reduction services. We have 10 members of staff.

Client group: We work with young people under the age of 18, who feel they have issues with drugs or alcohol, we will work with anyone who fits into these categories.
Referral: We accept referrals from professionals and young people themselves. You can refer directly by telephone or drop into Lifeline Journey at 2 Russell Place, Nottingham, NG1 5HJ, tel: 0115 948 4314. All young people are offered a choice of venue and location that are safe and comfortable.
Public transport: Based in the City centre, trams and buses are accessible to the city and it is a short walk past Rock City.
