Highwood House provides accommodation in self contained flats for 29 homeless families and pregnant women.
Description of service and support
Flats are either bedsits accommodating 2 persons, 1 bedroom flats accommodating 4 persons or 2 bedroom flats accommodating up to 8 persons. All flats are self contained which include freezers, microwave, iron and board, etc.
The hostel only provides emergency and temporary accommodation to homeless families. Families receive housing related support during their stay and help to find alternative accommodation if they made themselves intentionally homeless. There are 4 support staff during office hours. We do not accept pets.
