Caunton Avenue provides supported accommodation to those at risk of offending /offenders and ex-offenders, including people leaving prison, who have need of support and who have a local connection to Nottingham.  The project aims to equip residents with the skills to live safe, independent, crime-free lives within the community.

Description of service and support

Self contained flats. Support is delivered through a key worker system. It would be expected that after their time at Caunton Avenue clients would move onto their own permanent accommodation. Pets are not accepted.
