Moving Forward – Watson Road/Baker Close - NCHA

Watson Road and Baker Close provide housing with support to people aged 16 and over with mental health needs.  It provides a range of support and is based at Worksop.  

Description of service and support

At Watson Road and Baker Close there are 16 bedsits with shared facilities and 11 one bedroomed flats. 

Staff offer support to each individual, where support plans will be completed with the service users input. The support plans will be looking at small achievable goals to enable the service user to gain daily living skills to move on to live independently in the community. Support is also offered around education/ employment, social activities and sign posting to other agencies that service users may need to use.

Generally service users move on independent living with a referral for floating support if/as required.
