Elizabeth House - Framework HA

Elizabeth House provides high quality accommodation and support for single homeless people aged 16+ years. Accommodation consists of self-contained en-suite flats, one of which is accessible to wheelchair users. The service works to support vulnerable people away from homelessness and into independent living in the community.

Description of service and support
Self contained ensuite flats, one with disabled access. Staff provide extensive support to boost resident's skills, their confidence and their ambitions before they are able to make the transisition to move-on accommodation. Pets are accepted. The next step for residents is likely to be move-on service that provides a semi supported accommodation in the appropriate Borough or residents might move straight into their own rented property.  Elizabeth House's move on accommodation is based at Sherbrook Road, Hound Road and Villa Street.
