Elm Avenue - Nottingham Young Persons Accommodation - Nacro

Nottingham Young Persons Accommodation programme provides housing with support for 16 to 25 year olds with 24 hour cover at the core project. In addition there are 32 move-on beds within the service. 

Description of service and support

Elm Avenue has 5 single bedrooms and shared communal facilities. The move-on accommodation is self contained flats. Weekly support sessions are provided for residents. After assessment residents can move on to self-contained and shared cluster flats.  

Afterwards clients could move on to our dispersed accommodation then onto their own permanent accommodation.
