Lifeline Journey

Lifeline Journey works with young people under the age of 18 to prevent and reduce the risk from drug and alcohol use. We work with a wide range of young people, from brief advice to longer term needs.

               
Description of service and support

We conduct comprehensive assessments and provide a tailored package of ongoing care for those needing short or long term treatment, consisting of the following options: brief advice and support, 1-2-1 work, group work, family support, peer support, health and well being activities and harm reduction services. We have 10 members of staff.

We work with young people under the age of 18, who feel they have issues with drugs or alcohol, we will work with anyone who fits into these categories.
