The Housing Management Service provides a range of quality housing solutions for vulnerable people. The service manages a network of properties either owned by Framework directly or leased/managed on behalf of another landlord. It provides an intensive housing management service.
Description of service and support
A range of fully furnished, good quality, self contained and shared accommodation is available. Pets may be accepted in self-contained units.
Housing Officers assist people to manage and maintain their tenancies and to access any necessary help and advice. Service functions include rent collection and maximisation, lettings, dealing with anti-social behaviour, dealing with repairs and maintenance and providing advice and assistance through signposting to relevant services.
